Maek Your Life Harmonious!
Breath in Life Yoga with Maek offers therapeutic, trauma-informed, private/small group Kundalini yoga lessons and public classes for adults with anxiety and related disorders.
After a brief in person or phone consultation, Maek will plan a single or weekly/ daily individualized Kundalini yoga session designed to meet your needs and expectations. He can host at his home in south Austin or come to your home if you have the space.
Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a meditative but mentally and spiritually active practice that combines mantra (use of sound), meditation, pranayama (control of breath), asana (postures), and conscious movement to bring the energetic forces of the body to balance. In this act of self-devotion, we can experience joy and greater harmony with the world around us.
“In my personal practice of Kundalini I aim to breathe in new ways, meditate creatively, and experience powerful sets that inspire self-reflection, fortitude, and tranquility. “
